Hey! Thanks for coming back! Today I thought I would talk about CBD, which is all the rage right now.

So, for those that do not know what CBD is, here’s a little CBD101.

Cannabidiol (CBD) is not psychoactive so you’ll never feel high. I know, I know, what’s the fun in that? CBD isn’t meant to be fun, it’s more for the medical side of things but is great for recreational use too. CBD is legal almost everywhere due to the lack of THC (the fun stuff that gets you high) so don’t you fret, you’d pass a drug test if you used straight CBD products. CBD is derived from both Hemp & Marijuana. The benefits of CBD is a continuously growing list, but here’s a few conditions/ailments that it has been known to help with: Epileptic seizures, neurological diseases such as Parkinson’s & Multiple Sclerosis, helps alleviate pain & inflammation and can treat PTSD & anxiety.

That last one on the list is obviously why I’m going to give CBD a try. Smoking some reefer & getting high is nice but its just not realistic for me for throughout the day use. My anxiety has been at a high with in the last few days so I’ve been struggling. Part of my anxiety is a lack of patience and I get irritable much easier than most or than I’d like to even admit. I can spot my triggers and sometimes I am able to handle them in a classy way and other times the monster within me comes out. The more deadlines I have at work, the more work I have to bring home with me, the more shit my dogs chew on while we’re at work or my kid draws on the walls are all triggers for me. Some days I’m dealing with all of those things and it just builds up and I take it out on my husband or my poor daughter. Then I cry and feel like a complete and utter failure as a wife and mom. So, this is why I am really interested in CBD. Come on the journey with me!

I think I’m gonna try CBD Vape first. I’ll be back later in the week with my review.
